You built the life you were working toward. So why does it still feel this heavy?

You know how to make things work. When the calendar gets crowded, you find the opening. When
something unexpected lands on your desk, you adjust. For years, your capacity has probably been one of your greatest advantages.

Before long, your capability starts making decisions before you have the chance to. The open hour gets filled. The responsibility no one quite owns finds its way to you. You finish one demanding season only to discover another waiting behind it, until eventually the busy seasons stop feeling seasonal and simply become your life.

The answer isn’t becoming better at carrying more.

It’s creating enough space to decide what actually deserves to be carried. That does not mean walking
away from your ambition, becoming less capable, or dismantling the life you worked so hard to build. This
isn’t about creating a different life. It’s about changing your relationship with what gets to fill the one you already built.

Step outside the constant demands for one intentional day of reflection, practical decision-making, somatic restoration, and purposeful leadership designed to help you decide what truly deserves your time, energy,
and capacity.

Your day at
Re-Root

One intentionally structured day that moves from reflection and clarity to restoration, contribution,
and a more grounded way forward.

8:30 AM

Arrival & Breakfast

Arrive, enjoy breakfast, find your seat, and settle into the day. This isn’t a networking hour or another room you have to work; it’s time to simply arrive.

9:00 AM

Opening: Driver’s Seat Leadership™

Regina opens the day with the leadership framework that grounds the entire Re-Root experience, creating space to examine the relationship between how you lead, how you decide, and how you sustain yourself.

9:45 AM

Mind: Leading With Practiced Integrity

Dr. Patricia Faison Hewlin

Move your values from abstract ideals into practical decision standards you can
actually use when Monday morning arrives and competing priorities start asking
for your attention.

Break

10:55 AM

Body: Leading With Somatic Capacity

Regina Fleming

Explore nervous-system regulation and begin noticing how constant responsibility, urgency, and decision-making are carried in the body —not just on the calendar.

11:50 AM

Lunch

12:45 PM

Reflective Walk

Step outside for thirty intentionally unstructured minutes in the park across from Loopwell. A reflective prompt will be available if you want it, but there is nothing you need to accomplish here.

1:15 PM

Spirit: Leading With Creative Restoration

Lisa Johnson Smith

Reconnect with creativity as a restorative practice—an opportunity to engage differently, quiet the constant need to produce, and create room for something more grounded to return.

2:10 PM

Leadership in Action

Move from restoration into intentional contribution by assembling 100 purses filled with essentials for women who are unhoused, refugee women, and survivors of domestic violence in partnership with Purses For a Purpose, Inc. This comes near the end of the day intentionally: restore first, then give from a fuller place.

3:10 PM

Close & Send-Off

Bring the day together with a final reflective moment around the one thing you want to carry back with you, followed by curated gifts and a thoughtful close to the Re-Root experience.

From women who’ve been in the room.

Ready to Re-Root?

Re-Root is not for every season. It is for the one in which you recognize that recalibration is no longer optional. If that feels true, you will know. If this is your season for recalibration, consider this your invitation. Re-Root is a deliberate pause — designed to strengthen how you lead for the long term.

What to know before the event.

Who is Re-Root designed for?

Re-Root is designed for high-capacity women navigating significant professional and personal responsibility, including executives, founders, and senior professionals. If you are accustomed to being the one who can handle a lot but are beginning to question the pace required to keep handling it all, this day was created with you in mind.

Is Re-Root a wellness retreat?

No. Re-Root is a structured leadership-growth experience designed to create a deliberate interruption from the demands that normally keep you reacting and moving. The day includes reflection and restoration, but the purpose is not escape. It is to help you return with greater clarity around what deserves your time, energy, and capacity.

Can one day really make a meaningful difference?

Re-Root is not promising to rewrite years of habits in a single afternoon. One intentional day can, however, give you enough distance from your normal pace to see the pattern more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and establish practical decision standards you can begin carrying back into everyday life.

Will this be relevant for someone at my level of experience?

Yes. Re-Root was created for accomplished women who are already accustomed to making consequential decisions, carrying significant responsibility, and leading others. The conversation begins beyond basic leadership instruction and focuses instead on how you lead, decide, and sustain yourself at this stage of your life and career.

What does my $497 registration include?

Your registration covers the full Re-Root experience from beginning to end, including breakfast, lunch, a premium journal, retreat materials, the Leadership in Action service project, and curated gifts to close the day.

Can I use a professional-development budget to attend?

Yes. Re-Root is a structured leadership-development experience, which is how most professional-development budgets are written. Regina has prepared a request letter in your voice, addressed to your manager or HR team — forward it as-is or make it your own. Approvals often take a few weeks, so it's worth starting that conversation early.

Do I need to prepare anything before attending?

No advance preparation is required. Come ready to be present, reflect honestly, and participate in the experience. If there is anything Regina would like you to review beforehand, you’ll receive it after registering.

Yes. Re-Root is intentionally designed as an intimate in-person experience and will be limited to 40 attendees. Registration will close on Friday, October 9th or earlier if all available seats are reserved.
