RLH Global LLC ("RLH Global," "we," "us," or "our") is a New Jersey limited liability company operating a leadership advisory practice in New Jersey, United States. We operate reginalhenry.com and the programs, events, and communications offered through it, including Driver's Seat Leadership™, Re-Root™, the Inner Counsel newsletter, and related advisory services.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website, our email communications, our forms and registration pages, and our in-person and virtual events.
For anything in this policy, or to exercise any right described here, contact us at [email protected].
For purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, RLH Global LLC is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy.
Information you give us:
• Contact and identity information — your name, email address, phone number, employer or organization, job title, and mailing address when you provide it.
• Registration information — details you submit when you register for a retreat, workshop, or event, including dietary needs, accessibility requirements, and emergency contact information where relevant.
• Payment information — event fees and program payments are processed by Stripe, ACH, or Check/Zelle. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card number.
• Application and intake information — responses you provide in advisory applications, coaching intake forms, or discovery questionnaires.
• Survey and feedback responses — including post-event surveys and feedback forms.
• Correspondence — the content of emails, form messages, and other communications you send us.
Information collected automatically:

• IP address and general location derived from it (city or region level)
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and referring website

Sensitive information
We do not seek out sensitive categories of personal data. In limited cases, event registration may involve information about dietary restrictions, disabilities, or accessibility needs. If you subscribe to the Inner Counsel newsletter or ask to be kept informed about our programs, we will send you emails. Every marketing email we send includes a clear unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking that link or emailing [email protected]. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
We will still send you transactional emails — registration confirmations, receipts, event logistics, and program materials — even if you have unsubscribed from marketing, because they relate to something you purchased or registered for.
We do not send marketing text messages. Phone numbers, when we collect them, are used for event logistics and to reach you about something you registered for. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share personal information only in the circumstances below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not exchange it for money.
Service providers who work on our behalf. These providers process your information under contract, only on our instructions, and only to provide services to us:
• GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) — our website, forms, email marketing, and customer relationship platform
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
• Google LLC — email, documents, calendar, and website analytics
• Canva — design and document production
• Contracted marketing and design as well as event and production partners who support our content & event production
Event venues and facilitators. When you register for an in-person event, we share what is necessary with the venue and facilitators — typically your name, and where relevant your dietary or accessibility needs — so we can host you properly.
Other attendees, only with your consent. We sometimes offer attendee directories or contact lists after an event. We include your information only if you have separately and affirmatively opted in, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
Professional advisors and legal requirements. We may disclose information to our accountants, attorneys, or insurers, and where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights or someone's safety.
Business transfer. If RLH Global is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
• Strictly necessary — to make the site work, keep forms functioning, and secure your session. These cannot be turned off.
• Analytics — to understand which pages are visited and how people find us.
• Marketing and advertising — where we run advertising, to measure whether it worked and to show relevant content.
Where required by law — including in the EU, UK, and certain US states — we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Global Privacy Control and other opt-out signals. If your browser transmits a recognized universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising and any sharing of your personal data, in the jurisdictions where that is required.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it:
• Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe, and then for a short period to honor your opt-out.
• Event registrants — for the duration of the program plus seven years, to meet financial recordkeeping and tax obligations.
• Accessibility and dietary information — deleted after the event concludes.
• Advisory clients — for the term of the engagement plus seven years.
• Website analytics — typically 14 months, per our analytics provider's retention settings.
• Inquiries that don't become engagements — up to two years.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, unique credentials, and multi-factor authentication on the systems that hold your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
RLH Global operates in the United States, and our service providers store and process data in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your personal data will be transferred to the United States. Where we make such transfers, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism, and we require our providers to maintain appropriate safeguards. You may request more information about these safeguards at [email protected].
If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out; and lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
We respond to these requests within one month, and will tell you if we need longer.
If you are a resident of New Jersey, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law
Depending on your state, you have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal data and access it; correct inaccuracies; delete personal data we hold about you; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend once by another 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you. Opt-out requests — including those sent through a universal opt-out signal — are honored within 15 days, in line with New Jersey's requirement.
Right to appeal. If we decline your request, we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to our decision or writing to [email protected] with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days with a written explanation. If we deny the appeal, you may contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, the California Privacy Protection Agency, or your own state's Attorney General.
Everyone
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, ask us to remove you from an attendee directory, or ask what we hold about you — regardless of where you live. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] with the request you'd like to make. We may ask for information to verify your identity — usually confirmation from the email address we have on file. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
Our website, programs, and events are intended for adults in professional roles. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
We do not process the personal data of anyone we know to be between 13 and 16 for purposes of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.
Our website and emails link to other sites — partner organizations, venues, facilitators' websites, books, and resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Read their privacy policies before providing them information.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we will tell you by email or a notice on the website before they take effect.
